A Of course,but you may need to pay sample charge which will be returned after any order signed. Sample usually will be ready in 15days.

A Usually it can be ready in 45 days.

Q What are your payment terms?
A (1) T/T 30% advance amount, 70% to be paid before shipment.
If order amount less than US$5,000.00,we will collect additional US$200.00 as handle charge.
If order amount less than US$10,000.00,we will collect additional US$100.00 as handle charge.
(2) Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight for order amount over US$30,000.00.
If order amount less than US$30,000.00,we will collect additional US$300.00 for L/C.

Q What is the warranty term?
A All products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of sale.

Q What do the ERR messages mean？

: Low battery EEEE : Overload Err-0 : Overload Err-2 : Exceed zero track range when turn on the power Err- 5 : The scale is unstable when turn on the power Err- c : Forget to input calibration weight when calibrating or the AD value is too low. -
